ACG - Rolemaster Character Generator (RMSS)

However, it's supposed to be a fairly decent RM character generator. Only runs on Windows 9x/Me/NT/w2k(anyone tried on XP?). MASK Pro 2.0 (GERMAN) MERP/RM Utils (ZIP/EXE)

This is in German only, but it appears this helps with Combat resolution for MERP/Rolemaster, and other features as well.
